In 2013, after 18 years in the corporate marketing world, our founder Mike Ruffing had enough. Digital marketing was being overrun with fly-by-night "marketers" claiming they knew what worked. They would take big chunks of money from small business owners and wouldn't produce any results.
So he took what he had learned from working with Fortune 500 companies, like Circuit City and Advance Auto Parts, and scaled it down into affordable strategies for any local, small business.
Since then we have continued to learn, adapt, and grow with the ever-changing digital landscape.
